Shipping
The cost of shipping will depend on the weight and dimensions of your purchase, the shipping address and whether anyone is available to accept delivery.
We can only send your package by courier if someone is available to sign for the package.
Otherwise, the package will be sent via Australia Post.
We will generally contact you by phone or email to confirm with you the cost of shipping before we process payment and send the package.
In the event that the item is not in stock, but is available from the Wholesaler, we will notify you by email that we are sourcing the item from our supplier and ask you to allow 5 working days for the order to be completed.
If you have ordered multiple items and some of them are not in stock, we will offer you the choice of receiving them all in one shipment or receiving them in separate shipments.
Payment
Radical Hobbies accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
- Visa Card
- Mastercard
- Direct deposit to our bank account (details supplied at Checkout).
Credit cards payments are not processed upon checkout – we process all credit card payments offline to ensure correct charges are made,
including adjustments for shipping. If you do not want to submit your card details online,
call us on (02) 9793 8815 and we are happy to take your credit card details over the phone and do the transaction completely off-line.
For direct deposits, funds must be cleared into our bank account prior to shipment:
- Radical Hobbies bank account details are supplied at Checkout time.
- Please wait until we contact you regarding shipping cost before transferring funds.
- Please include your name as the reference.
EFTPOS and cash payments are available if you come into our shop, but not for online purchases.
Returns
If the goods are faulty upon arrival, Radical Hobbies will offer you the choice of a refund or exchange.
Contact us on (02) 9793 8815 before you send the goods back to us. The items must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase.
Radical Hobbies will assess the goods for faultiness before processing a refund or exchange.
If you change your mind about a purchase, Radical Hobbies will offer you an exchange if the goods are returned to us in saleable condition.
The items must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on items that are returned due to change of mind or reason other than faultiness.
